My name is Marcus Grayling and I own and manage the business.
Since 1991, myself, along with my team of building contractors, have provided local Waikato and Bay of Plenty residents with a comprehensive range of building services that have increased both the value and appearance of their properties.
What I am really passionate about is project managing a build from start to finish. I can be there with you right from the beginning of design to after the move in day. They say building your home can be stressful, my role is to take the stress away and build the home or office space of your dreams.
